What is PrintThread?
PrintThread is a print-on-demand apparel brand. We create funny, clever graphic tees, hoodies, and accessories. Every item is printed when you order — no inventory, no waste.
How long does shipping take?
Orders are printed within 1–2 business days and shipped from our US production centers. Delivery typically takes 1–3 business days after printing. Most orders arrive within 5 business days total.
Where are you located?
We are a US-based company. Our production partners have facilities in California, Indiana, and Pennsylvania. Orders are routed to the nearest facility for fastest delivery.
What sizes do you offer?
Most products are available in S, M, L, XL, and 2XL. Each product page has a specific size guide with measurements.
How should I wash my PrintThread gear?
Turn inside out. Machine wash cold. Tumble dry low. Do not bleach. Do not iron directly on the print.
Can I return or exchange?
Since every item is printed to order, we cannot accept returns for wrong size or change of mind. If your item arrives damaged or misprinted, we will replace it free of charge. See our Returns page for details.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently we only ship within the United States. International shipping is coming soon.
How do I track my order?
Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email. You can also check your order status at printthread.co/order/[your-order-id].
How does your tee quality compare to other print-on-demand brands?
Most POD shops use Gildan 5000 — thin, boxy, shrinks easily. We use Bella+Canvas 3001 (tees) and Gildan 18500 (hoodies). Pre-shrunk, side-seamed, 100% combed ring-spun cotton. 4.2 oz for tees, 8 oz fleece for hoodies. You can feel the difference from the first wear.
Will the print fade or crack?
We use direct-to-garment (DTG) printing on premium blanks. With proper care (wash cold, tumble dry low), the print lasts 50+ washes without significant fading or cracking.
