Our Policy
Every PrintThread item is printed to order — just for you. Because of this, we cannot accept returns for wrong size, change of mind, or buyer's remorse.
When We Replace
We stand behind our quality. If your item arrives with any of these issues, we will replace it free of charge:
- Print defect (misprint, faded, off-center)
- Wrong item shipped (wrong design, wrong size, wrong color)
- Damage during shipping (holes, tears, stains)
How to Request a Replacement
- Contact us within 14 days of delivery at our Contact page.
- Include your order number, a photo of the issue, and a brief description.
- We'll review within 24 hours and send a replacement at no cost.
⚠️ Sizing Note
Check the size guide on each product page before ordering. Every brand fits slightly differently. We recommend measuring a similar item you already own and comparing against our size chart.
